Dr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad
Associate Professor and Head of the Department
Dr. Azad received his Ph.D. and Master of Philosophy in Mathematics (M. Phil.) from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Prior to this, he completed his Master of Science (M.S.) in Mathematics at the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh, securing the second-highest position. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, he was honored with the Dean's Award in 2005 for his B.Sc. in Mathematics, also from the University of Chittagong. Currently, Dr. Azad serves as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics in the Department of Natural Sciences at the Faculty of Science and Technical Education, IUT. His research focuses on Computational Fluid Dynamics, Heat-Mass Transfer, Nanofluid Flow, Photovoltaic, and Solar Thermal.
Specialization : CFD, Numerical Analysis, Photovoltaic Thermal, and Solar Thermal.
