Dr. Md. Jalil Miah
Assistant Professor
Md Jalil Miah has been
serving as an Assistant Professor (Chemistry) in the Department of Natural Science, Islamic University of Technology, an Organ of
the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). He obtained his BSc (Chemistry)
and secured 1st class, and Master in Physical Chemistry and secured 1st
class, from University of
Dhaka, and PhD from Utsunomiya University, Japan. He has the
expertise in Organic thin film, Solar cell, Wastewater treatment, and
Environmental Chemistry. He is aligned to his research activities in the field
of environmental chemistry, especially wastewater treatment through various
techniques such as adsorption, photodegradation, etc. He has a number of
international and national peer-reviewed journal publications and technical
publications in international conferences.
Specialization : Research Interests
environmental chemistry, material chemistry, photochemistry and theoretical
chemistry.
